Nottinghamshire Chess Association

The Nottinghamshire Chess Association were using a very old site (built in code) – a site which contained hundreds of pages and links to competition and club data – it could only be updated by the skilled coder who built it!

The Association’s committee took the decision to commission a fresh new website – but one that a number of designated administrators could help content manage rather than having to rely on that one person with coding skills!

e-ZZwebsites took up the challenge and the new WordPress site was completed in March 2020. Please note, the site will not fully ‘go live’ until later this year, due to the club not wanting to change the competition registration system midway through their competition season.

Nottinghamshire Historic Churches Trust

Nottinghamshire Historic Churches Trust was referred to us by another large website developer who did not deal with WordPress sites – we were recommended as a good alternative supplier.

NHCT wanted a replacement WordPress site to take over from its old and tired looking WordPress site but they wanted to use WordPress again as the website users wanted to be confident in taking the site forward with updates, news releases etc.,

We worked closely with our contact to create a new responsive website which would deliver all of their original content but in a more eye-catching way and visible on more modern IT e.g., smartphones / ipads etc.

The site is a lot more interesting now and a lot more structured than it’s predecessor.

Keynote Mortgages

Keynote Mortgage Solutions Ltd were referred to us via their franchise group Stonebridge.

Having already completed 2 websites for their agents, we received a further referral – which is always nice to have!

As with other Mortgage Brokers, we created the website, set up the Social Media sites, Logo graphics design, letterhead and business cards.

SIMKey Mortgages

SIMKey Mortgages Ltd came to us for a start-up website after recommendation from HomeKey.

We worked together to build a site that was similar in services but different in content, look and feel; working to a fixed budget, we provided all that was needed to start-up a new business. Work included the website design and build, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook graphics / set-up, design and print of business cards and letterhead / invoice templates.

HomeKey Mortgage Solutions Ltd

HomeKey Mortgage Solutions Ltd came to me as a business start-up (Aug 2020) – HomeKey needed a cost effective website and stationery, which needed to comply with their Mortgage Solutions providers strict guidelines.

We worked to a fixed budget and provided all of the features that were requested, including a fully GDPR compliant ‘pop-up’ chat function which links the prospect details back into a group CRM system for tracking mortgage application leads; this was fully achieved.

The project also included designing the company logo, designing and printing business cards, building a letterhead template in Word, email sign-off graphics and setting up Google my business and various other social media accounts which required appropriate sized graphics etc.

CV Adviser

The CV Adviser site was a new venture for Chris Cutting Recruitment; Chris wanted to offer an online CV writing / mentoring service.

Offering 4 different types of service with varying lengths of time slots, the site and back office functionality needed to be simple and totally automated. The end result is a small e-commerce system which offers timed booking slots, service diary management, online payments and automated confirmation of services emails.

Working closely with the client, e-ZZwebsites completed and thoroughly tested the new site for a January 2020 launch deadline.

Victoria Robert Kitchens

Victoria Robert Kitchens was a young successful business but the owners just never had the time to begin designing their website themselves!

They approached e-ZZwebsites to build a small website for them from scratch, controlling the whole build, content etc. After an initial meeting and liaising with the clients to collate the necessary collateral from their suppliers, Victoria Robert left the rest of the design and content work to us.

We worked hard to accommodate the very many photos which suppliers were expecting to be included in the new site and adhering to their branding. The end result was a site which brought together all components for selecting a beautiful bespoke kitchen.

The directors reviewed the site after we pulled it together, and tailored the content to add their own personal touch. The site went live in June 2019.

Abbey Restorations

Abbey Restorations needed a new website but like many small businesses, they just hadn’t got the time to spend pulling together content!

We spent time with the owner discussing what he did, how he did it and who his target market was. We then pulled together a site with draft copy, suggested photos / graphics etc., which covered all areas of his business services. He reviewed the site and gave us amends where needed. The site was launched in Spring 2019

e-ZZwebsites also provided assistance with Google my Business, Google Tracking and Facebook page, which helped bring in business from other areas! We in turn earned ourselves a 5 Star Google review from the owner.

Blades Insolvency

Blades needed someone to project manage their new website, as previous efforts to have a suitable site built. They had commissioned another design company over 2 years earlier, who had been paid a deposit but never got the project underway as they did not offer content writing services!

e-ZZwebsites agreed to act as project manager for Blades even though we could have built the site ourselves. Having already paid the developer a deposit, Blades were in an awkward situation, so we agreed to work with them on this occasion to pull together the much needed content for the site to be completed.

We created logos, colour schemes, suitable photography, copy etc, which eventually brought the site to conclusion – it was launched early 2019

Derbyshire Garden Buildings

Derbyshire Garden Buildings is a very small business run by two hardworking craftsmen who create buildings and other garden furniture in quality woods.

With no idea how to go about building their own website, they asked e-ZZwebsites to produce a small cost effective first website to showcase their work. And we produced a lovely responsive site to do exactly that!
